Together we are seeking to recruit an Customer Support Specialist to join the wider Amenity Team, based at the Allscott office. This is a fantastic opportunity for an customer centric and confident individual, that likes to take ownership of their work.

Within this role, the successful candidate will provide outstanding levels of customer service throughout sales administration, order processing and aftersales service support.

Salary up to £25,200/pa

Duties to include, but not limited to:

Review orders and identify potential issues to ensure accurate, efficient and on time order processing.

Process customer internet order requirements.

Check and monitor stock availability.

Data input utilising the company CRM system, ensuring accuracy at all times.

From the initial customer enquiry ensure efficiency and exceptional customer service right through until query resolution.

Liaise and support internal stakeholders such as the Sales, Finance and Distribution Teams.

Provide technical support to customers relating to company products and services.

What we are looking for:

Customer focused, able to deliver an exceptional customer experience

Previous customer service and business support experience

A clear communicator, with the ability to effectively negotiate and influence

Innovative approach, promotes sharing of best practice

Broad knowledge of ERP systems.

Driving licence holder, own transport required due to company location.
